Whether you are a visitor holidaying in this beautiful part of the world, a local resident, or you are seeking information about us from further afield, welcome to the Coastal Parishes' website.
Please explore these pages for information on the parishes and the church buildings, and contacting us.
After the announcement of a national lockdown (4th January 20201), we have decided to close two of our churches – St. Mary’s (Mortehoe) and St. Matthew’s (Lee) – for Sunday worship until further notice. Services will continue at St. Sabinus’ (Woolacombe), where we will be happy to welcome friends from Lee and Mortehoe.
More details can be found on the News page of this site.
In the meantime, Revd. Giles King-Smith will continue to produce regular online video services and reflections each week from 00:00hrs BST each Sunday and Wednesday.
You can watch the most recent one here. Others are available on Giles' YouTube Channel (including a series of short daily reflections covering Ascension to Pentecost)
Don't forget, you can enlarge the video to full screen by clicking the icon at its bottom right corner.
Please contact Giles King-Smith in the first instance with any enquiries regarding weddings, baptisms or funerals.
